Shipping

PHARA offers free standard shipping on all Australian orders. We do not currently ship internationally.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Returns

We want you to love your PHARA experience. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at sales@phara.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund. If you've opened the product and have concerns, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at sales@phara.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
